Anil Kumar Gupta brings over 25 years of international leadership experience across manufacturing, technology and business management.

Before founding LUXUS India Pvt. Ltd., he served as Vice President at Capgemini Consulting, where he held diverse leadership responsibilities. His international experience includes working across the US, UK and Europe.

Earlier, as General Manager (Technical) at Unilite Industries Ltd., he led key functions including product development, vendor development, quality management and automation.

As a co-founder of Kraftwerk, he has played an important role in building and expanding the business. His experience spans business development, project execution and operational management, contributing to the company’s growth and industry presence.

Manoj Kumar Gupta is an established entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the interiors and projects industry.

Together with his brother Sunil Kumar Gupta, he co-founded Kraftwerk and contributed to its growth over the years. His entrepreneurial experience and understanding of the interiors business have supported the company’s development and long-term progress.
